Amina Sultan, RN, BSN

Owner / Administrator & Director of Nursing

Amina Sultan is the Owner/Administrator and Director of nursing of Divine Roses Hospice Care, a Medicare-certified hospice agency based in Dallas, TX providing compassionate care to patients at the end-of-life and their families. Divine Roses Hospice Care embodies Ms. Sultan’s vision of creating a mission-oriented organization that is driven and guided by a core set of values and spiritual principles, thus attracting like-minded and committed professionals who together make a positive impact on the community and who live purposeful lives.

Salima Dharani, RN

Registered Nurse

Salima Dharani started her career in 1999 as a Registered Nurse Followed by BScN in 2005 from one of the most Prestigious Universities in Asia, The Aga Khan University Hospital. She continued to work for AKU for some time as a Senior Critical Care Nurse for Emergency Medicine and later Clinical Nurse Instructor of Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. In 2005, she moved to Chicago where she learned and gained experience in Home Health and Hospice. In 2019 She moved to the DFW area and continued to work in the same field She has experience of 14 years in Home Health and Hospice Industry. Salima finds joy in educating and guiding the staff on proper documentation and compliance with the standards. She is a firm believer in Evidence base Quality and Performance Improvement. Salima has two bright kids and lives in the DFW suburb with her husband. As a family they enjoy eating at various restaurants and enjoy road trips.

Lori Jones, MSN, RN, CHPN

Lead Nurse

Lori Jones MSN, RN, CHPN, is a registered nurse with over 28 years of experience in the field of community nursing years in the specialty field of hospice and home health for transitional care planning for the proper care of the complex needs of the patient in the home. Lori received her Masters of Science in Nursing with Leadership in Healthcare Administration from Regis University in 2021 and has been a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse for over 10 years. Lori has enjoyed practicing nursing in the Dallas /Fort- Worth area for over 25 years and focuses on Geriatrics and care in the home with chronic condition management for an optimal quality of life. Lori is a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Association, Alzheimer's Association, the Denton County Medical Reserves and American Heart Association.

Carolyn McCullough

Medical Social Worker

Reverend McCullough enjoys preaching and teaching God’s Word to God’s people and has committed her life to Kingdom Building and service for the Master. Her favorite Biblical Passage is Philippians 4:4-7: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Dr. Nadeem Patel, MD

Board certified Internal Medicine Doctor / Fellow Society of Hospital Medicine

Graduated from Dow University of Medical Sciences in Karachi Pakistan in 1988. Completed Internal Medicine Residency from Cook County Hospital in Chicago in 1995. Experienced internist with private outpatient / inpatient practice from 1996 to 2006. Practicing Hospital Medicine and Home care along with home care medicine since 2007.

Involved in Hospice care with various agencies since 2014 including home evaluation and management and as Medical Director doing plan oversight. Strong proponent of comfort care of terminally ill patients in appropriate settings along with helping families go thru their difficult times caring for terminally ill loved ones. Dr. patel is compassionate doctor with pleasant demeanor and good communication skills. He Strongly believes in ethical and legally responsible care of patients in all settings.

Marabella Mendoza

Office Manager & Alternate Administrator

Marbella Mendoza brings over 13 years home health and hospice administrative assistance. With expertise in referral intake, office management and human resources. Providing excellent attention to detail while effectively representing the face of Divine Roses Hospice. Working in close coordination with clinical field staff, Marbella has proven to be indispensable in maintaining a successful environment, all while innovating successful projects to improve office structure.

Melissa Martinez

Intake Coordinator

Melissa Martinez, Originally from Phoenix, Arizona moved to Dallas TX in 2017 and has since been working in the medical office field. Melissa has proven her amazing administrative skills by learning quickly and reporting directly to administrators.

Rodney J. McCullough

Reverend

Rodney served the Texas Conference as Member of the Texas Conference Worship Committee, and currently serves as a Member of the Board of Examiners, Chairperson of the Committee on the State of the Church, and Treasurer for the Texas Conference. He served as Ministerial Delegate to the General Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church July 16-22, 2008. Rev. McCullough has served Dallas Independent School District as Department Chair and Liaison for the Campus Instruction Leadership Team. He is currently employed with L.G. Pinkston High School where he is an Inclusion Math Teacher. Rev. McCullough enjoys reading, traveling, and watching sports, spending time with his family, and preaching and teaching the Word of God.
